About the role
  • This is a strategic and challenging role supporting live commercial markets, factories and Area Headquarters across Core and Essential SAP templates deployed in Reckitt.
  • To provide best in class support to live factories, markets and AHQ across all finance, ERP and legal systems within the Core and Essential business units.
  • Reduce incidents across ERP landscape.
  • Enrich user experience with more effective issue resolution.
  • Ensure correct delivery of changes including communication packs.
  • Reduce user onboarding process.
  • Support project deployments to ensure service introduction activities are completed in a timely manner


Your responsibilities
  • Support Monthly Service Reviews with support partners.
  • Provide KPI reporting metrics on support effectiveness.
  • Help to monitor support queues and take appropriate actions.
  • Act as a contact point for incident escalations and work with support partners on delivery.
  • Support Service Introduction Manager in working with Regional Leads and Product Owners in developing action plans for service improvements.
  • Support Service Introduction Manager in defining opportunities to align ways of working across all streams in Finance, ERP and Legal.
  • Help to facilitate Knowledge Transfer from project teams into Adoption and BAU support organisations.
  • Coordinate change management process under required Finance, ERP and Legal solutions.
  • Support presentation of changes at Global CABs, where necessary.
  • Provide reporting on status of change requests using relevant change management systems.
  • Provide support in generation of release packs for monthly releases.
  • Work with Central OCM and Level 3 support teams on improvements to training and user onboarding process.
  • Suggest automation opportunities regarding user onboarding.
     


The experience we're looking for
  • Good knowledge of service management and understanding of the usual KPIs to measure quality.
  • Good understanding of incident, problem and change management processes.
  • Good experience of reporting tools and ability to generate reports and dashboards, like Excel, Power BI and similar.
