IT Associate Consultant Skills
Sound knowledge of various operating systems.
Good knowledge of all the hardware devices and their management.
Sound knowledge of Network management.
Problem analysis and solving skills.
Flexible to work in all shifts.
Installation and configuration in the systems
Solving the technical issues of the employees.
Troubleshooting of LAN Connectivity issues on site
Asset Inventory Management.
Work on tickets as per IT helpdesk SLA.
Preference: Certification on Hardware and networking or Microsoft or Cisco would be an added advantage
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree IT or equivalent 0 to 1 year of experience in a related field require

Excellent oral and written communication skills, the ability to communicate with others clearly and concisely.
Experience with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio (optional).
Understand business processes for focus areas or modules.
