Main Responsibilities:
1. Leading team to design and deliver IP network engineering projects, manage engineering technologies and handle various technical problems during engineering delivery.
2. Cooperate with marketing department to provide pre-sales technical support and communicate with customers.
3. Fully communicate with customers during project delivery, ensure successful project delivery and ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Take responsibility for network safety.
5. Responsible for project support integration and new nodes acceptance.
6. Ensuring fast response, accurate actions and decisions during crisis.
Professional Knowledge:
1. Expert knowledge of Datacom, familiar with OSPF/ISIS/BGP/MPLS L2VPN/MPLS L3VPN/VxLAN/SRv6, etc. Knowledge of IPRAN/IPCORE/BNG solutions.
2. Outstanding troubleshooting skills.

1. Effective Communication Capability: Effectively communicate with technical customers (mid-level) about technical solutions, project plans and progress and obtain customer support and recognition.

Qualification and Experience:
1. Bachelor Degree in engineering or relevant.
2. 3-5 years experience in Datacom network field.
