Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Inventory & Asset Management Officer to oversee and optimize inventory operations at tkxel. This role involves the efficient handling, storage, tracking, and reporting of all equipment, supplies, and assets. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is crucial for maintaining accurate records and generating insightful reports.

Inventory Management
  • Maintain and systematically update inventory records.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment of supplies.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and physical audits to ensure accuracy.
Procurement and Coordination
  • Coordinate with Admin and NOC teams for stock refills and quality assurance.
  • Verify and inspect delivered goods to ensure they meet order specifications.
Record Keeping
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory logs in Excel and inventory management systems.
  • Generate comprehensive reports on stock status, consumption patterns, and asset tracking.
Asset Management
  • Tag and record all office assets, including IT equipment and furniture.
  • Track asset usage and coordinate repairs or replacements when needed.
Compliance and Safety
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of inventory to maintain quality and safety standards.
  • Implement inventory control measures to minimize loss, damage, or theft.

RequirementsEducation
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in inventory or store management.
Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and charts.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
