Key Responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining and updating HR databases, employee records, and documentation.
Support day-to-day HR operations, including attendance tracking and compliance checks.
Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth experience for new hires.
Assist in processing HR documents, contracts, and policy acknowledgments.
Provide administrative support in HR projects and employee engagement initiatives.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
