We are looking for an HR Intern to support our team in managing HR data, handling day-to-day operations, and assisting in the onboarding process. This role is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in HR operations and employee lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist in maintaining and updating HR databases, employee records, and documentation.
  • Support day-to-day HR operations, including attendance tracking and compliance checks.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth experience for new hires.
  • Assist in processing HR documents, contracts, and policy acknowledgments.
  • Provide administrative support in HR projects and employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements:


  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
