What is Intern Employer Branding & Culture?


We are looking for a creative and proactive Employer Branding & Culture intern to join our Talent, Learning, and Culture team at Jazz World Headquarters in Islamabad. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate with a passion for employer branding and communications, eager to gain hands-on experience in strategy development, social media engagement, and events execution.


Reporting Structure:


This role reports directly to the Expert, Employer Branding & Culture and works closely with the Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Corporate Communications, and Marketing teams.


What does Intern Employer Branding & Culture do?


Key Responsibilities


1. Employer Brand & Social Media Enhancement:


  • Assist in creating and curating engaging content (posts, graphics, and videos) for Jazz’s LinkedIn platform.
  • Support in managing employer branding campaigns, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand representation.

2. Execution of Events and Campaigns:


  • Support in the planning, coordination, and execution of events and employer branding campaigns.
  • Assist in designing event materials (presentations, brochures, etc.) and liaising with stakeholders.
  • Provide on-ground support during events.

3. Content Creation & Storytelling:


  • Work with internal teams to develop employee spotlights and success stories to showcase Jazz’s culture and workplace environment.
  • Contribute to newsletters, and other materials.

4. Stakeholder Management:


  • Collaborate with teams to align employer branding efforts with Jazz’s corporate brand.

Key Deliverables:


  • Assist in designing and executing campaigns on internal and external platforms.
  • Successfully support the execution of events and campaigns.
  • Contribute to content creation that reflect Jazz’s employer brand.

Requirements

Requirements: 


  • Educational Background: Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate program of a Business, Marketing, HR, Communications, or related program.
  • Creative & Digital Savvy: Strong understanding of social media usage, content creation, and employer branding trends.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a knack for storytelling.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Canva, Adobe (Photoshop and Illustrator), and Microsoft Office.
  • Event Management Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to support employer branding events.
