About the job INTEGRATIONS SPECIALIST

COMPANY OVERVIEW


Our Client, a Karachi based newly established FinTech company, seeks to appoint experienced professionals for the following role:


As the Integrations Specialist, you will report to Head of Technology & Data Management and will be responsible to play a pivotal role in facilitating seamless integrations between the company and technology platform and within the ecosystem of digital alliance partners


Key Responsibilities


  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with technology partners to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and foster collaboration
  • Lead the end-to-end integration process, from requirements gathering to implementation, ensuring smooth integration of systems and technologies
  • Ensuring standard API based integration protocols are developed for standardized efficient integrations
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and operations, to drive integration projects forward efficiently and effectively
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with integrations, proactively addressing potential challenges to minimize disruptions and ensure business continuity
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of integrated systems, conducting regular reviews to optimize processes and maximize efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, implementing robust security measures to safeguard data integrity and confidentiality

Education


  • Minimum 16 years of education preferably masters from a renowned HEC recognized university or institution/equivalent foreign degree holder preferably in Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field.

Experience


  • Minimum 3-4 years of professional experience, preferably at a startup or a large national / multinational organization with at least 1-2 years of demonstrated related functional experience.

Requirements


  • Ability to excel in a dynamic, evolving and fast paced start up environment
  • Proven experience in project management, particularly in managing integrations or technology partnerships
  • Strong understanding of financial systems and technologies, with knowledge of fintech trends and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement

Age


The candidate should be preferably not more than 35 years of age as of last date of submission of application
