Job Scope: Building the Continual Improvement DNA through Lean Six Sigma - Develop a problem-solving culture where problems are made visible and fixed at the root cause. Support development of Sourcing & Logistics strategies to deliver measurable financial/value add benefits. Work closely with the Internal and External Stakeholders to develop Value Creation, Customer/Client Satisfaction, and process optimization solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Six Sigma Implementation:

• Lead Six Sigma projects to improve processes & enhance overall quality in operations.
• Identify and prioritize areas for process improvement using Six Sigma methodologies.
• Drive culture & develop competency of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the organization.

RPA Initiatives:

• Identify opportunities for process automation using Process Automation tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Robotic Process Automation solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes.
• Collaborate with IT and operations teams to deploy and maintain RPA bots, monitoring their performance and making improvements as needed.
• Train and mentor team members on RPA concepts and best practices, promoting the adoption of automation technologies.

Project Management:

• Manage end-to-end process improvement projects, including Six Sigma and RPA initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Develop and track project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality and automation standards.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Use statistical tools and data analysis to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement, including potential for automation.
• Conducting root cause analysis for complaints and establishing sustainable action plans
• Provide detailed analysis and reports to leadership on project outcomes, process performance, RPA effectiveness, and quality metrics.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of process improvements and automation solutions.

Training & Mentorship:

• Train and mentor Green Belts, RPA developers, and other team members on Six Sigma methodologies, RPA tools, and related techniques.
• Foster a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and skill development in quality management and automation.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to build Six Sigma and RPA capabilities across the organization.

Stakeholder Management:

• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders like IT and Finance to develop sourcing and logistics strategies, ensure alignment on project objectives and deliver value-add benefits.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management, to provide updates and gain buy-in for process improvements.

Compliance & Quality Assurance:

• Ensure that all process improvements and automation solutions comply with industry standards, and company policies.
• Regularly review and update quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of service delivery, incorporating RPA where applicable.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8+ Yrs. of overall experience out of which minimum of 5 years in driving/leading Process Excellence.
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification is mandatory.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering Six Sigma projects and RPA initiatives in an ITES/BPO environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently in complex, challenging environment.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis software and RPA tools (e.g., Minitab, UiPath, Automation Anywhere).
