Job Scope:Building the Continual Improvement DNA through Lean Six Sigma - Develop a problem-solving culture where problems are made visible and fixed at the root cause. Support development of Sourcing & Logistics strategies to deliver measurable financial/value add benefits. Work closely with the Internal and External Stakeholders to develop Value Creation, Customer/Client Satisfaction, and process optimization solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Six Sigma Implementation:
- Lead Six Sigma projects to improve processes & enhance overall quality in operations.
- Identify and prioritize areas for process improvement using Six Sigma methodologies.
- Drive culture & develop competency of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the organization.
RPAInitiatives:
- Identify opportunities forprocess automationusingProcess Automation toolsto enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of RoboticProcess Automationsolutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes.
- Collaborate with IT and operations teams to deploy and maintainRPAbots, monitoring their performance and making improvements as needed.
- Train and mentor team members onRPAconcepts and best practices, promoting the adoption of automation technologies.
Project Management:
- Manage end-to-end process improvement projects, including Six Sigma andRPAinitiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Develop and track project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality and automation standards.
Data Analysis& Reporting:
- Use statistical tools anddata analysisto identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement, including potential for automation.
- Conducting root cause analysis for complaints and establishing sustainable action plans
- Provide detailed analysis and reports to leadership on project outcomes, process performance,RPAeffectiveness, and quality metrics.
- Monitorkey performance indicators(KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of process improvements and automation solutions.
Training & Mentorship:
- Train and mentor Green Belts,RPAdevelopers, and other team members on Six Sigma methodologies,RPAtools, and related techniques.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and skill development in quality management and automation.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to build Six Sigma andRPAcapabilities across the organization.
Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders like IT and Finance to develop sourcing and logistics strategies, ensure alignment on project objectives and deliver value-add benefits.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management, to provide updates and gain buy-in for process improvements.
Compliance & Quality Assurance:
- Ensure that all process improvements and automation solutions comply with industry standards, and company policies.
- Regularly review and update quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of service delivery, incorporatingRPAwhere applicable.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8+ Yrs. of overall experience out of which minimum of 5 years in driving/leading Process Excellence.
- Six Sigma Black Belt certification is mandatory.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering Six Sigma projects andRPAinitiatives in an ITES/BPO environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently in complex, challenging environment.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis software andRPAtools (e.g., Minitab, UiPath, Automation Anywhere).
