People is hiring for " Implementation & Onboarding Manager" having experience of
at least 5 -8 years in implementation roles.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead implementation department through systematic assessment of clients' requirements and data, planning implementation steps/phases and timeline in detail as per decided scope.
- Ensure smooth, timely and quality implementation and customer onboarding by recognizing and proactively mitigating risks, removing roadblocks, and strategizing for contingencies.
- Through technical teams, advise clients on data migration, system integrations, and any technical customization needs.
- Establish sops, standards/tats, quality and health checks for implementations and coordinate with internal and client teams to ensure smooth project delivery as established.
- Collect and report on clients' feedback on the implementation phase for continuous improvement, for advising the development team on any product issues or enhancement opportunities.
- Stay up to date on product knowledge, technical specs, product lines and versions, workarounds, and actively participate in ongoing development cycles by testing and submitting UATs
- Develop, submit and pursue clear and compatible CRFs and requirement specifications identifying needs for enhancements and customizations as experienced in the implementation process.
- Build, mentor and develop an implementation team to ensure that the product is always smoothly and fully adopted at the client end
- Establish clear and thorough documentation of the implementation process, project milestones, and client communications following the scope, timelines and contract budgets
Job Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree (minimum requirement)
Masters Degree (preferred)
MBA (only with a technical bachelors degree)
