Job Description

1.       Stay updated on changes to immigration laws, policies, and regulations, and interpret their implications for clients' immigration prospects.


2.Identifying potential clients interested in skilled migration to Australia. Contacting leads to discuss their eligibility and the migration process. Providing initial consultation and answering any questions they may have.


3.Scheduling and conducting meetings with clients to discuss their migration plans. Providing detailed information about the skilled migration process and requirements. Offering personalized advice and solutions based on individual client needs.


4.Planning and creating video content to educate potential clients about skilled migration and student visa processes. Writing scripts for the videos. Recording videos to ensure high-quality, informative content.


5.Collecting necessary documents from clients to support their migration applications. Reviewing documents to ensure they meet the required standards and criteria. Organizing and maintaining accurate records of all client documentation.


6.Preparing and submitting clients' documents to the relevant Australian assessing bodies. Ensuring all submissions are accurate, complete, and timely. Tracking the progress of submissions and providing updates to clients.


7.Creating invoices for services provided to clients. Ensuring accuracy in billing and addressing any discrepancies.


8.Working closely with the performance marketing executive to manage and optimize GSM (General Skilled Migration) leads. Developing strategies to attract and convert leads into clients. Analysing lead performance and making data-driven decisions to improve lead generation efforts.


9.Coordinating with the other team to manage Canada skilled immigration processes. Sharing information and best practices to ensure consistent and efficient service delivery.



Requirements

·Bachelors or Masters degree (degree should be completed)


·Attention to detail and strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess eligibility criteria and identify potential issues in documentation.


·Proficiency in relevant software applications and online platforms used for immigration case management and document preparation.
