We aim to be where the growth is, enabling businesses to thrive and economies to prosper, and, ultimately, helping people to fulfil their hopes and realise their ambitions.We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager Business Analyst.In this role, you will:Lead and oversee a global discipline in the Service-Line by setting clear direction, defining implementation steps and driving standard practices and know-how in business solutions design globally engaging all parts of the Service Line.Lead the business analyst activities as part of the DevOps/Agile methodology delivering to all immediate business needs and at the same time adhere to modernized products such as API, SeeburgerWork in conjunction with all other functions in the Service Line to govern and jointly execute the Bank’s strategy, and to transform the Service line into a global product-oriented organization.Participate and give suggestions on clear choice adhering to Group Standards and Guidelines. Understand the requirement and Identifying gaps if any.Work with Team Leads / Solution architect to understand the design and project plans.Act as management escalation point for business solution design and requirement related activities to facilitate resolution.External stakeholder management as applicable. Manage and Own the product delivery roadmap of the service line.Be aware of the ATP order-book and projects in pipeline. Ensuring there is adequate staffing to complete the required analysis work.
