The HR Executive will be responsible for executing and supporting all of the HR Operation’s strategy to help achieving the desired goals.


Job Details:
  • Plan and Administer all activities of HR and Administration
  • Manage the record of the Current and Ex-employees
  • Prepare the Offer Letters of the employees and ensure follow-up
  • Maintain the data of the employee in hard form and update the internal database
  • Ensure keeping the trackof leaves
  • Prepare the departmental presentations and reports for external and internal communication
  • Administer the overall HR Management Function
  • Support and assist in recruitment activities
  • Ensure the confidentiality of information
  • Assist HR Manager in updating and documenting HR policies and procedures
  • Assist in organizing different Training Seminars, Job fairs, Meetings and HR projects
  • Assist Talent Acquisition Specialist in managing and maintaining the pool of candidates
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management
  • At least 1-2 years of experience as an HR Assistant /Officer
  • Must have good communication skills
  • Candidate should have passion for HR Operations
