The HR Executive will be responsible for executing and supporting all of the HR Operation’s strategy to help achieving the desired goals.
Job Details:- Plan and Administer all activities of HR and Administration
- Manage the record of the Current and Ex-employees
- Prepare the Offer Letters of the employees and ensure follow-up
- Maintain the data of the employee in hard form and update the internal database
- Ensure keeping the trackof leaves
- Prepare the departmental presentations and reports for external and internal communication
- Administer the overall HR Management Function
- Support and assist in recruitment activities
- Ensure the confidentiality of information
- Assist HR Manager in updating and documenting HR policies and procedures
- Assist in organizing different Training Seminars, Job fairs, Meetings and HR projects
- Assist Talent Acquisition Specialist in managing and maintaining the pool of candidates
Requirements- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management
- At least 1-2 years of experience as an HR Assistant /Officer
- Must have good communication skills
- Candidate should have passion for HR Operations
