Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Homeroom Teacher (Primary) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be Montessori-trained and have experience teaching the IGCSE curriculum. This role requires strong classroom management skills, a student-centered approach, and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and engaging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the IGCSE curriculum.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation.
- Implement Montessori teaching methodologies to enhance student learning.
- Assess and track student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.
- Foster critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills in students.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and improve teaching practices.
- Participate in school activities, staff meetings, and professional development programs.
Qualifications & Experience:- Montessori-trained with a strong understanding of Montessori principles.
- 3-4 years of teaching experience in a primary classroom setting.
- Experience with the IGCSE curriculum is essential.
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (preferred).
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Passionate about teaching and committed to student success.
