The HR Specialist will be responsible for nurturing a positive company culture, implementing HR policies, managing end-to-end recruitment, and supporting organizational growth by ensuring a smooth implementation of company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Culture Building and Employee Engagement
• Develop programs to foster a positive work environment and improve employee morale.
• Organize team-building activities, workshops, and initiatives to strengthen company culture.
• Act as a point of contact for employee feedback and implement actions to improve employee satisfaction.
2.HR Policies and Compliance
• Draft, review, and implement HR policies, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company objectives.
• Train staff on HR policies and provide continuous support to ensure seamless policy implementation.
3.Recruitment and Onboarding
• Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding.
• Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
4.Performance Management and Development
• Implement performance review systems and collaborate with managers on employee development plans.
• Identify training needs and coordinate training programs or workshops for employee growth.
5.HR Operations and Administration
• Oversee HR records management, attendance, leave administration, and other employee data.
• Manage employee offboarding, ensuring a structured exit process and effective knowledge transfer.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and local labor laws.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
