Job Description

Position HR Officer
Location Reko Diq SITE - Balochistan
Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience Minimum 3 years of experience in HR systems administration or a similar role.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Oracle), 
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • High attention to detail and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and administer the company's HRIS (Human Resources Information System) to ensure data accuracy, system integrity, and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Manage employee lifecycle processes within the HRIS, including onboarding, offboarding, promotions, transfers, and other personnel transactions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding HR systems, providing training, troubleshooting, and technical support as needed.
  • Assist with HR-related projects and initiatives, such as performance management, employee engagement, and compliance audits.
  • Assist in the development and enforcement of HR policies, procedures, and workflows to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines.
  • Handle contractor onboarding, including documentation, background checks, and compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain records of contractor agreements and manage contract renewals or terminations.
