Responsibilities
Manage and administer the company's HRIS (Human Resources Information System) to ensure data accuracy, system integrity, and compliance with company policies and regulations.
Manage employee lifecycle processes within the HRIS, including onboarding, offboarding, promotions, transfers, and other personnel transactions.
Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding HR systems, providing training, troubleshooting, and technical support as needed.
Assist with HR-related projects and initiatives, such as performance management, employee engagement, and compliance audits.
Assist in the development and enforcement of HR policies, procedures, and workflows to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines.
Handle contractor onboarding, including documentation, background checks, and compliance with company policies.
Maintain records of contractor agreements and manage contract renewals or terminations.
