Position Purpose:


We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to join our growing company. As the HR Manager, you will be required to work very closely with each department manager in the company. To be successful, you should be a keen multitasker who thrives in a competitive environment.


The Human Resource Manager will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.


Education & Professional Qualification:


  • Degree(s)/Major(s): Bachelors or Masters in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant field from a reputed local/foreign University.
  • Certification(s): CHRP or SHRM-SCP is highly preferred

Experience:


  • 3 to 7 years of experience in a relevant field.

Responsibilities:


  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Identifies staffing and recruiting needs; develops and executes best practices for hiring and talent management.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
  • Collaborates with senior leadership to understand the organization's goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention.
  • Plans, leads, develops, coordinates, and implements policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the organization's human resource compliance and strategy needs.
  • Monitors and ensures the organization's compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommends best practices; reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance.
  • Develops and implements departmental budget.
  • Facilitates professional development, training, and certification activities for HR staff.

  • Experience with Human Resources Information Systems including payroll tools
  • Experience in designing compensation and benefits programs
  • Ability to adapt to the needs of the organization and employees.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
