Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute People & Culture strategies aligning with business objectives
- Lead recruitment, talent management, and employee onboarding
- Design and implement employee engagement initiatives
- Manage performance management, feedback, and development programs
- Administer benefits, compensation, and leave policies
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Analyze HR metrics and recommend data-driven solutions
- Collaborate with leadership to address employee concerns and conflicts
- Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in HR, preferably in Software Company
- Proven expertise in People & Culture, talent management, and employee engagement
- Strong knowledge of Pakistani labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration or CS.
