Department Human Resources
Position HR Lead 
Qualification Master’s degree in Human resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience Minimum 10 years of experience in HR systems administration or a similar role.
Requirements
  • Lead HR-related projects and initiatives, such as performance management, employee engagement, and compliance.
  • Strong understanding of HR governance and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in budgeting and financial management within an HR context.
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Oracle)

Responsibilities Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with laws and industry standards. Collaborate with legal and audit teams to address compliance issues. Create a digital HR roadmap aligned with strategic goals, leading HR digitalization efforts including HRIS implementation. Conduct salary surveys for competitive compensation, manage employee benefits, and oversee external contractors' compliance. Prepare budget reports, coordinate with payroll service providers, and manage employee lifecycle processes within the HRIS.
