This is a 12 weeks paid internship, ideal for students in their 8th semester or graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in technical recruitment. If you’re looking to sharpen your skills in talent acquisition, program coordination, and event management, we’d love to hear from you!
What Will You Be Doing?
As an HR Intern, you’ll support our HR team in engaging with universities, candidates, and helping coordinate events that contribute to the success of the Hiring program. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with the Hiring Program:
Collaborate with the HR team to help coordinate and enhance the Newstormer program, focusing on a positive and seamless candidate experience.

University Outreach and Relationship Building:
Engage with university career centers and administration, promoting the Newstormer program and establishing strong connections.

Candidate Communication:
Reach out to selected candidates by phone and email, sharing program details, inviting them to events, and clarifying expectations.

Merge Mail Coordination:
Use merge mail tools to efficiently send batch emails to candidates and universities, ensuring clear and accurate communication.

Event Coordination:
Help organize the Playground Event by managing RSVPs, keeping attendees updated, and handling event logistics.

Data Entry and Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and keep detailed notes on candidate interactions and program progress.
What Are We Looking For?
- Fresh Graduates or pursuing a degree (8th semester onwards) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Ability to communicate confidently and clearly with candidates and university representatives.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail to manage various tasks and program components.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment, with a proactive and collaborative attitude.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, and willing to learn merge mail tools and other communication software.

- Experience in HR, recruiting, or event coordination
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or data management
