Summary:


We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and HR administration. The ideal candidate is a proactive learner, eager to develop their skills in a dynamic work environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist with sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Help coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork and facilitating orientation sessions.
  • Support daily HR operations, including maintaining employee records and assisting with HRIS management.

Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.


  • Participate in various HR projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Ensure company policies are revised annually and/or when needed
  • Ensure implementation of company policies

RequirementsFresh graduate or last year of bachelors in HR
·A positive attitude and a strong commitment.
·Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
·Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
·Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
·Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices.
