Job Description:

Join Our Team as an HR Executive! We are looking for an HR professional to join our team and make an impact through effective HR practices, strategies, and technical recruiting.

     Responsibilities:

• Daily Operations in HR, Attendance, Recruitment, and Leaves.
• Ensure employees understand the Company's HR policies and comply with them
• Keeping track of employee joining, exits, and probations.
• Shortlisting Candidates for Jobs
• Arranging interviews, coordinating with candidates
• Office admin including managing office boys, tracking office inventory
  
  
  Requirement and Skills:
  

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
  

  
  

• Proactive in embracing new challenges.

  
  

• Effective team player but must be able to manage particular work independently.

  
  

• Bachelors BBA (HR) or other related field

Location Karachi (on-site)
Days & Timings Mon-Saturday ( Alternate Night Shift)
Experience 1-2 years
