HR Executive needed in an International School in Hyderabad.

HR Executive Key Responsibilities
• Understand job requirements and objectives. Handle and Managing recruitment posting including resume
screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks and police verification process.
• Work closely with the Hiring leaders to close the positions. Coordinate all rounds of interviews; provide
feedback to the candidates in a timely manner.
• Conduct joining formalities. Follow school protocols diligently.
• Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
• Managing employee benefits and compensation packages
• Preparing and presenting HR-related reports
Skills, Qualifications and Experience
• Candidate must have good communication skills
• 2 to 5 of HR/ recruitment experience in the education industry is preferred.
• Strong work ethics.
• Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
Post-graduation in HR or people function discipline.
• Cold calling skills, networking skills and being able to extend work as per the need.
• Must be able to work under pressure
