Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Selection: Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding.
2. Employee Relations: Handle employee complaints, grievances, and conflicts; provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
3. Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other programs.
4. Training & Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
5. Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback.
6. Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
7. Employee Communications: Develop and implement employee communications strategies, including company news, policies, and updates.
8. Reporting & Analytics: Prepare HR-related reports and analytics, including turnover rates, training metrics, and compliance data.
9. Policy Development: Develop and update HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
10. Special Projects: Lead or participate in special HR projects, such as employee engagement initiatives, diversity and inclusion programs, or HR system implementations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in HR Executive
- Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
