Job Description
Job Summary:
The Organizational Development Lead will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating programs and strategies to promote organizational development, diversity initiatives, and performance management. This mid-level role will focus on assessing organizational needs, driving cultural change, fostering inclusivity, and collaborating with leaders to create impactful diversity and inclusion initiatives. The ideal candidate will provide guidance and support on diversity matters, formulate KPIs, and deliver training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organizational Development:
- Assist in designing and implementing strategies and programs to promote organizational development.
- Assess organizational needs and develop interventions to drive cultural change.
- Help formulate and design departmental and individual KPIs to measure and enhance performance.
- Diversity and Inclusion:
- Assist in developing and implementing diversity and inclusion initiatives in collaboration with leaders.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on diversity and inclusion matters.
- Assist in developing and delivering training programs on diversity, unconscious bias, and inclusion.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of diversity and inclusion programs.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in diversity and inclusion.
- Performance Management:
- Assist in developing and overseeing performance management processes and systems.
- Implement performance review and appraisal systems that align with organizational goals.
- Train and support managers in conducting effective performance evaluations.
- Utilize performance data to identify areas for improvement and development.
- Provide feedback and coaching to employees to enhance performance and career growth.
- Digitization:
- Support the development and implementation of digitization initiatives to enhance organizational efficiency.
- Assist in identifying and integrating digital tools and platforms to streamline HR processes.
- Promote the adoption of digital solutions across the organization.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of digitization efforts and suggest improvements.
- Employee Support and Training:
- Provide coaching and support to managers and employees.
- Develop and deliver training and development programs to enhance organizational capability.
- Evaluation and Reporting:
- Monitor the progress of organizational development, diversity initiatives, and performance management programs.
- Prepare reports and presentations on the effectiveness of programs and interventions.
