Head of Sales (HOS)

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve organizational revenue and growth targets.
Provide leadership and direction to the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
Drive market expansion initiatives across Hyderabad and Telangana.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
Analyze market trends to identify opportunities and areas for growth.
Recruit, train, and manage a dynamic sales team.
Monitor team performance and provide coaching to enhance productivity.
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing timely solutions.
Establish and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business.
Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
Collaborate with internal teams for seamless order fulfillment and client servicing.
Track and report key sales metrics and KPIs to management.
Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field. MBA is preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of sales experience, specifically in the
building materials industry.
Strong understanding of the Hyderabad and Telangana markets.
Skills Required:
Proven expertise in strategic sales planning and execution.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools for tracking sales performance.
Ability to build and sustain robust client and partner relationships.
Sound knowledge of the building materials supply chain and distribution channels.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Candidates from Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, and Telangana are welcome.
Must have detailed knowledge of the Hyderabad and Telangana market.
Ability to adapt to a competitive and fast-paced industry environment.
Goal-driven with a strong focus on achieving and surpassing targets.
