Job Description

Job Title: Head of Sales (HOS)

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana

Salary: ₹12-15 LPA + Performance Incentives

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve organizational revenue and growth targets.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Drive market expansion initiatives across Hyderabad and Telangana.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
  • Analyze market trends to identify opportunities and areas for growth.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a dynamic sales team.
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching to enhance productivity.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing timely solutions.
  • Establish and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless order fulfillment and client servicing.
  • Track and report key sales metrics and KPIs to management.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field. MBA is preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of sales experience, specifically in the building materials industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Hyderabad and Telangana markets.
Skills Required:
  • Proven expertise in strategic sales planning and execution.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools for tracking sales performance.
  • Ability to build and sustain robust client and partner relationships.
  • Sound knowledge of the building materials supply chain and distribution channels.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
  • Candidates from Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, and Telangana are welcome.
  • Must have detailed knowledge of the Hyderabad and Telangana market.
  • Ability to adapt to a competitive and fast-paced industry environment.
