Head of Risk and Compliance (Manufacturing industry)

The Head of Risk and Compliance will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and management of the risk and compliance framework across organization. This role will focus on ensuring adherence to the COSO (Committee of Sponsoring Organizations of the Treadway Commission) frameworks, particularly in a level 4 organizational context. The successful candidate will oversee risk management, compliance, and internal control processes to safeguard the company's assets, reputation, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

• CA, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A Masters degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CIA, CISA) is preferred.
• Minimum of 18 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or internal audit, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of the COSO framework and its application in a level 4 organization.

Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
