Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic and visionary Head of Human Resources (CHRO equivalent) to lead our HR function and foster organizational excellence. Based in Hyderabad, with potential global oversight, this role requires a dynamic leader to align HR strategies with business objectives, drive transformation initiatives, and cultivate a high-performance, inclusive culture. The Head of HR will work closely with senior leadership, managing HR operations across India, the UAE, and other locations.
Must-have Skills (Mandatory)
- Strategic HR leadership with expertise in driving organizational change and transformation.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills for managing HR teams across multiple geographies.
- In-depth knowledge of compensation, benefits, and compliance with labor laws across India and the UAE.
- Expertise in fostering employee relations, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Proficiency in HR technology and analytics for data-driven decision-making.
- Proven ability to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Good-to-have Skills (Optional)
- Experience in global HR operations and multi-jurisdictional compliance.
- Familiarity with HR systems such as SAP, Oracle PeopleSoft, or similar tools.
- Expertise in organizational development and change management.
- Strong knowledge of market trends and HR best practices in India, UAE, and other regions.
- Advanced skills in leadership development and succession planning programs.
Qualification & Experience
- MBA or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 15+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of managing HR teams and strategies across regional and global landscapes.
- Demonstrated success in driving business transformation through HR initiatives.
