Job Title: GTM Technical Consultant

As a GTM Technical Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in the successful implementation of our Go-To-Market (GTM) solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and configure GTM technical components, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. 

Your key responsibilities include:

• Contribute to design meetings and collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Demonstrate hands-on expertise in configuring GTM technical components, including agents and workflows.
• Work closely with customer teams to develop and implement integration solutions between GTM and other systems.
• Take ownership of technical issues and proactively troubleshoot problems to ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate effectively with offshore teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Assist the team as needed with data loading and migration tasks.
• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions with customer resources to enable them to effectively use and maintain GTM solutions.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members as needed.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong technical skills and understanding of GTM technologies.
• Experience in designing, developing, and configuring GTM components.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements.
