What is GROW Program?
GROW is an 18-month fast-track Graduate development program with an aim to develop future leaders equipped with extensive business insights and related management and functional capabilities.
What We Are Looking?
- Graduates (16 Years of Education) in the field of Engineering, Maritime, Finance, and, HR. In case of non-availability of a Degree, an official transcript or bona-fide letter from the University will be required.
- Only graduates of 2022, 2023 & 2024 (graduating latest by August 2024) are eligible to apply.
- Innovative mindset to create and discover new ways of delivering the best.
- Customer-centric approach and can foresee future possibilities.
- Result-oriented with a sense of urgency.
- Team player who can work collaboratively with others to meet collective goals.
- Age must not be more than 28 Years.
