Job Description
JOB PURPOSE:
As a Graphic/Multimedia Designer, you will have a natural eye for design across print and digital mediums. You will possess the drive to inspire dynamic ideas which connect with our audience. You will be working with a team of designers and videographers in close partnership with the editorial and marketing wings, delivering quality work across our Marketing platforms.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Produce fresh, innovative work that translates ideas into compelling visuals for our audience both print and animated.
- Design new ideas for social media platforms, print items, events, branded campaigns, and marketing messages.
- Be involved in brainstorming sessions with the team, maintaining our brand identity to develop innovative initiatives.
- Receive and apply feedback from stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze trends and keep up with the times.
- Self-management and ownership, this means managing yourself, your time, and your priorities.
- Decisions and problem-solving are guided by policies, procedures, and business plans; and receive guidance and oversight from Creative Director/GDM.
- Working on any other additional jobs assigned by the manager.
