Job Description
- Developing visual concepts and designs that align with a brand's identity and meet the needs of clients and marketing teams
- Creating artwork, such as logos, packaging, social media posts, print designs, merchandise and promotional materials, using appropriate computer software
- Collaborating with teams to ensure that designs accurately reflect the brand's desired image and messaging
- Researching current design trends and staying up-to-date on new technologies and techniques
- Presenting design concepts to clients and stakeholders for review and feedback
- Making revisions and adjustments to designs based on feedback
- Managing multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Ensuring that all designs are produced to the highest standards of quality and accuracy
- Collaborate with external vendors, such as printers and photographers, to ensure the successful execution of design projects.
- Maintain organized design files and assets for easy access and retrieval.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas and concepts for design projects.
Other skills
- 1-3 years of graphic designing experience
- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics and tools (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe XD, Canva)
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (Adobe After Effects)
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field

Qualification Bachelors in graphic design
