Minimum Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree.
• 2+ years of Finance, Accounting, or related work experience.
*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.

General Responsibilities:-


  • Understanding of OTC process
  • Regularly review customer accounts to identify overdue payments and contact to arrange payment, diligently following the escalation matrix.
  • Ability to identify potential risks and proactively addressing them to the higher management.
  • Maintain detailed records of all collection activities, including customer communications and payment statuses.
  • Ensure all collection activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to meet short deadlines
  • Stakeholder engagement, ability to communicate effectively and understand situations
  • Flexible to work staggered hours as required

Skill sets required:-


3+ years of experience in O2C, specifically AR Collections


Excellent problem solving & Analytical thinking


Understanding of ERP systems and the integration of the finance modules within Oracle \ SAP


Excellent verbal and communication abilities


A thorough thought process is required to think on one's feet and make sound decisions
