ROLE SUMMARY
This role is part of Marketing – New Categories and is responsible for handling the operations of MEC E-commerce As an E-Commerce Associate, you will work with other members of our E-Commerce Operations team to maintain and run the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce sites in APMEA WEST markets.The selected candidate must work according to Canadian hours to ensure alignment with the team and operations. The shift timing will be from 5 PM to 1 AM PK time.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Performance and Optimization
Collaborate with the technical teams regarding the stability of the websites, raise any technical challenges to the IDT team, and follow up on resolution.
Sales Performance
Site Maintenance
Reconciliation
