Job Brief:


Role Overview:


The Associate Product Manager (APM) is an entry-level product management role designed for professionals passionate about building exceptional products. The APM will be part of a squad that focuses on specific aspects of the user journey, contributing to the ideation, execution, and delivery of small to medium-sized projects. The role is ideal for candidates eager to develop their skills in product discovery, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration while gaining hands-on experience in the ride-hailing industry.


Responsibilities:


  • Discovery & Ideation: Conduct weekly discovery sessions to identify user needs, validate ideas, and explore innovative solutions aligned with the product roadmap.
  • Documentation & Planning: Develop at least one comprehensive Product Requirements Document (PRD) per month, ensuring clarity of business goals, technical feasibility, and user outcomes.
  • Data Analysis: Extract and analyze key metrics using SQL and spreadsheets to assess feature performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Delivery Management: Collaborate with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to ensure timely execution and delivery of projects that improve input/output KPIs.
  • Communication: Prepare and deliver clear updates, reports, and presentations to stakeholders using tools like Confluence, Google Docs, and Google Slides.
  • Process Adherence: Follow agile methodologies and product development frameworks, participating actively in sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
