About the RoleWe are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Manager to lead and scale our engineering efforts in the cutting-edge Fintech and Blockchain industries. This is a critical leadership role that requires a hands-on approach to managing and developing a distributed engineering team. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire development lifecycle, from architecture and implementation to delivery and post-launch support. Additionally, you will ensure the creation of high-quality, scalable, and secure software solutions while driving innovation and maintaining operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities - Team Leadership:
- Lead and manage a distributed engineering team, ensuring alignment with company goals and project strategies.
- Mentor and develop team members to foster a high-performance engineering culture.
- Development and Delivery:
- Oversee the end-to-end development process, including architecture design, implementation, testing, delivery, and post-launch support.
- Drive rapid development cycles while maintaining high standards of quality and performance.
- Collaboration:
- Partner closely with Project Managers and Development teams to ensure engineering efforts align with business priorities and objectives.
- DevOps and SQA:
- Implement and maintain DevOps practices for continuous integration, delivery, and system uptime.
- Drive best practices in Software Quality Assurance (SQA) to uphold exceptional code quality.
- System Architecture:
- Design and manage large-scale, secure, and scalable system architectures optimized for rapid iteration and growth.
- Security and Compliance:
- Establish and enforce security best practices and compliance standards to protect data integrity and system safety.
