Backbase is looking for a Frontend developer who is able to develop and deliver technical training with a background in Angular, Headless Architecture, and Rest APIs.

Backbase’s customers are mostly banks. Our platform is considered to be the leader of engaging digital banking platforms that helps businesses to become digital-first banks.
In this role you will deliver industry-leading training to Backbase employees and customers who are typically junior/senior developers, QA’s, Systems Engineers, and Solutions Architects. To ensure clarity and comprehension, you will create training materials for best-practice implementation and usability of the Backbase products. Additionally, you are responsible for liaising with stakeholders to ensure the training materials are up-to-date with the latest features and functionalities. As such, you will have a chance to learn about and work with more cutting edge development features.
As a technical trainer, you are an excellent developer with good communication and presentation skills. Your success will be measured by swiftness, accuracy, clarity and the ability to explain complicated things simply.
Nowadays, we mostly deliver training sessions online through either live stream or pre-recorded videos. In the post-Covid world, we will be delivering classroom training in different locations worldwide.
What we are looking for
A proven track record of delivering high-quality FE applications, with a background in Angular, Typescript, RXJS, and Sass.
Experience with Headless Architecture and Rest APIs.
Familiarity with microservices, Java, and Spring Boot is not required but very beneficial.
The ability to research and solve problems independently.
Experience in designing and providing compelling training via classroom and/or recorded formats.
Excellent didactic skills for explaining complex technical content to audiences of different technical expertise.
Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.
The ability to explain the benefits of online learning, and a passion to share their knowledge by using it.
