Job Overview:
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Front Sales Representative to join our team. This role requires someone capable of achieving a minimum sales benchmark of $3,000 per month. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in generating leads and sales through cold data and various online platforms such as Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), Discord, and similar channels.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Generate new sales leads and opportunities through platforms like Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), Discord, and other digital channels.
  • Achieve a minimum sales target of $3,000 in monthly sales.
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present suitable products or services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Follow up on cold data and potential leads through phone calls, emails, and online communication.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine sales strategies and share best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with potential clients in CRM systems.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals through effective communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and market conditions to effectively pitch and position products.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in sales, preferably with a focus on online platforms (e.g., Facebook, X, Discord).
  • Strong understanding of cold outreach strategies and lead generation techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Results-driven with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Comfortable with technology and CRM software.
  • Experience in a sales or customer service role is a plus.
