Job Description

Campaign Planning & Execution


  • Develop and execute food-focused marketing campaigns to drive order volume, customer engagement, and partner revenue.
  • Create and manage campaign calendars, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business goals.
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data insights and market trends.

 Subsidy Management


  • Develop and implement a structured subsidy strategy to maximize ROI for partner restaurants.
  • Analyse sales and market data to determine effective subsidy levels and allocation.
  • Track and report subsidy performance, ensuring budget optimization and business impact.

 Performance Tracking & Reporting


  • Analyse campaign and subsidy performance using key KPIs such as sales, order volume, and customer engagement.
  • Prepare detailed reports and insights for senior management to support decision-making.
  • Use data-driven insights to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and subsidy efficiency.

 Cross-Functional Coordination


  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Data teams to align campaign strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Work with the creative team to develop compelling content and promotional materials for campaigns.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all customer touchpoints.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in campaign management, marketing, or sales (preferably in the food delivery or F&B sector).
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and campaign management tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Results-driven with a strong focus on business growth.
  • Creative thinker with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
