Job Description

Position Fleet Supervisor
Location Reko Diq Mine Site – Balochistan
Qualification Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in fleet management.
  • Experience in mining or construction environments preferred.

Requirements
  • Familiarity with fleet management systems and heavy equipment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Manage fleet operations, ensuring optimal vehicle utilization and maintenance.
  • Monitor fleet schedules, fuel consumption, and maintenance costs.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Maintain site facilities, including airstrips and village equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Environment policies and address non-compliance issues.
  • Ensure compliance with RDMC’s safety and environmental standards.
