We are looking for an experienced Fleet Management Lead to raise our standard even higher.
You'll manage a large team of drivers, onboard vehicles quickly, proactively solve and prevent vehicle issues, and ensure that Tajir’s last-mile fleet offers a world class experience for our customers.
Tajir is a new way for stores to buy inventory. Through the Tajir app, stores can order whenever they want, receive on-demand delivery, and choose from the largest selection of products available. Combined with transparent and competitive prices, Tajir takes a process that took a dozen hours every week and reduces it to a few minutes.
For brands, Tajir ensures that products are always reliably stocked at stores. Brands enjoy higher margin sales with zero additional investment.

Ability to handle pressure in high-stakes situations, such as vehicle breakdowns.
Can read spreadsheets and enter data into Google Sheets or Excel.
Manage the highest quality, low-cost fleet of distribution in Pakistan.
Achieve the primary target of maintaining the available count of fit vehicles and available drivers.
Quick onboarding of quality vehicles, often within hours, and maintaining strong vendor relations.
Manage and coach drivers.
Resolve vehicle issues quickly.
Proactively coordinate vehicle maintenance.
