We work with our clients to solve their day-to-day challenges by delivering best-in-class solutions.Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Modeler to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of financial modeling and analysis and be eager to learn and grow within a dynamic environment. The Financial Modeler will support the development and maintenance of financial models, assist in data analysis, and contribute to various financial projects under the guidance of senior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in Financial Modeling: Support the creation, updating, and maintenance of financial models used for budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.Data Analysis: Help analyze financial data, including performing basic variance and trend analyses to provide preliminary insights.Report Preparation: Aid in preparing financial reports and summaries, ensuring accuracy and consistency.Collaborate with Team: Work closely with senior financial modelers and other departments to gather data and understand business needs.Ensure Model Accuracy: Assist in validating the accuracy of financial models and ensuring they adhere to company standards.Support Projects: Contribute to financial analysis and modeling for various projects, including business cases and investment evaluations.Learn and Grow: Continuously develop financial modeling skills and knowledge through on-the-job experience and formal training.Project Budget Monitoring: Assist in tracking and controlling project budgets, ensuring that financial resources are utilized efficiently and aligned with project objectives.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Relevant coursework or certifications (e.g., CFA Level 1) are a plus.Experience: 2-3 years of experience in financial modeling, financial analysis, or a related role.Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including familiarity with functions and formulas. Exposure to financial modeling software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is beneficial.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present financial information.
