We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role ofAssistant Vice president-Finance Operations


Principal responsibilities


  • Ability to manage and lead the Ledger close and Reporting process
  • Should be proficient in financial statement closure procedures.
  • Presenting financial report to senior stake holders for their review and signoff
  • Would be responsible for ensuring assurance related to balance sheet accounts including substantiation including Adherence to FIM
  • Responsible for meeting the defined SLAs, managing good relationship with the stakeholders, maintaining and developing robust controls in the process
  • Ensure adherence to audit, assurance and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure high quality of output is delivered e.g. financial data in the reports etc. is accurately and correctly presented
  • Drive change initiatives within the process
  • Co-ordinate & effectively communicate with other teams in diverse locations across in-country / GSC
