We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Finance Analyst
Principal responsibilities
- Production of internal programme reporting and analysis to the Finance Transformation Leadership.
- Production of regular structured financial reporting to HSBC Group Finance
- Reporting of consolidated cost exposure of Finance Transformation.
- Responsible for day to day operation of the UK cost centre, including accruals, invoice payments and recoveries
- Production of ad hoc reporting, when required, to Transformation Leadership, Business sponsors, and all other interested parties.
- Development of planning and reporting processes and tools to be able to provide complete transparency of all cost and headcount elements.
- Support of vendor contracts, including liaising with Procurement and Legal functions in completion of statements of work where required.
- Management of supplier invoice payments and reconciliation to planned supplier costs.
- Providing headcount cost analysis across all resource types to inform regular forecasting
