Job Description: Field Sales Executive
Position
: Field Sales Executive

: ₹25,000 to ₹45,000 per month (plus travel conveyance and performance incentives)

Key Responsibilities
:
Identify and target potential customers in assigned territories.
Promote and sell building materials (or assigned products) to prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
Provide feedback and recommendations for product development based on market insights.
Organize and conduct client meetings, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase products and solutions.
Address customer queries, concerns, and requirements promptly and effectively
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports to the sales manager.
Travel within the assigned territory to meet clients and explore new business opportunities.
Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events to build a professional network.
Essential Qualifications
:
Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.:
Candidates with sales experience in the building materials industry.
Candidates with sales experience in other industries.
Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills and Competencies
:
Proficiency in
English
and
Telugu
(both spoken and written).
Basic computer skills, including MS Office and CRM tools.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Adaptability and resilience in a competitive sales environment.
