Job Description

Education & Experience: BE Mechanical (1 to 3 Years of Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Preventive Maintenance: Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules to ensure the continuous and efficient operation of ASRS equipment
• Diagnose and Repair Equipment: Quickly identify mechanical failures and implement effective repair solutions to minimize system downtime
• Implement System Enhancements: Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement upgrades or modifications to improve system performance and reliability
• Provide Technical Expertise: Offer technical support and insights to maintenance teams during complex problem-solving scenarios
• Maintain Detailed Documentation: Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, system modifications, and performance metrics
• Ensure Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and standards, ensuring that maintenance procedures are compliant with industry best practices and company policies
• Coordinate with Operations: Work closely with the operations team to schedule maintenance activities and minimize any impact on warehouse operations
• Train and Mentor Staff: Provide training and guidance to junior engineers and maintenance technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge in ASRS systems
