Description :Grade Level: L2Location: IslamabadLast Date to Apply: 2nd January 2025What is Expert Vendor Service Delivery?The Expert Vendor Service Delivery role is responsible for managing People & Organization (HR & Admin) vendor services. This includes overseeing the performance of over 250 vendors, contracting, budgeting, analysis, and managing the RFP/RFQ process. The position also involves vendor selection, contract management, invoice processing, and compliance. As a strategic advisor, the role closely collaborates with internal stakeholders and external vendors to drive cost optimization, service excellence, and risk mitigation across the vendor lifecycle. The position reports to the Stream Head of Vendor Service Delivery and works with an extended team of 6 members.What does Expert Vendor Service Delivery do?Vendor Management & Procurement: Draft Scope of Work (SOW) based on BRD templates. Explore vendor options and assess best practices. Manage RFP/RFQ processes in alignment with SCM. Evaluate, select, and finalize vendors. Oversee contract review, signing, and execution as per contract terms. Track GBPA expirations and manage renewals. Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal requirements, and payment processing. Payroll & Payments: Administer Office and Support staff payroll via HRSG system. Ensure timely processing of car bookings and vehicle settlements (resignations, promotions, replacements, new hires). Handle vehicle disposals or buy-back processes in line with policy. Coordinate payments for car delivery and registration. Vendor Inductions & Financial Management: Conduct vendor inductions in Oracle Financials or update profiles post due diligence. Execute vendor agreement renewals and coordinate sourcing with SCM. Assist in budget coordination and periodic revisions with stakeholders. Prepare monthly accruals and expense reconciliation reports. Generate dashboards and reports to streamline accounting operations. Jazz is an equal opportunity employer. Experience in HR processes and systems is a plus.Skills: Strong understanding of HR & Admin policies, processes, and tools. Familiarity with ERP systems, especially Procure-to-Pay processes. Proficiency in MS Office and database management. Reporting, dashboard creation, and analytics skills. Power BI Ability to drive process improvement and automation. Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills. Excellent relationship management and negotiation abilities. Detail-oriented with a results-driven, flexible, and adaptable approach.
