What is Expert Product- Consumer Growth?

The Product Expert- Consumer Growth plays a key role in assisting the Consumer Products team with Marketplace and other new product initiatives. This involves executing the product roadmap, improving existing marketplace solutions, and integrating new partners. The position requires analyzing market trends and conducting research to stay ahead of emerging trends both locally and globally. It also involves monitoring the performance of Marketplace and newly launched products to identify areas for improvement and ensure they meet market demands. Reporting directly to the Manager Consumer Products, Digital Financial Services, the Product Expert is essential for driving the future growth and success of our digital financial services.

What does Product Expert- Consumer Growth do?

• Execute the marketplace product roadmap, integrate the partner pipeline, monitor product, and partner performance, collect feedback from partners and customers, and conduct research on new and existing projects/initiatives/KPIs related to Marketplace and Partnerships
• Onboard new local and global partners along with relationship building with existing ones
• Develop innovative and engaging campaigns to boost Marketplace penetration on the JazzCash App
• Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure the smooth operation of marketplace projects
• Oversee operations, manage campaigns, and coordinate activities for Marketplace Products across Brands, Customer Experience, and Channel Teams
• Research and analyze the best practices in the digital mobile wallet space, specifically focusing on the consumer segment. Compare market share, revenue growth, and profitability metrics in local market
• Look after operational tasks and identifying any process automation to replace manual interventions
• Manage the entire product delivery process from initiation to completion in collaboration with the Product Development team. Participate in the execution of products and projects within the pipeline
• Provide efficient support for ad-hoc analysis as needed to assist Management in decision-making

Requirements

What are we looking for and what does it require to be a Expert Product- Consumer Growth?

• 1-2 years of work experience, in the Marketplace sector is preferred
• Bachelor’s in management/Computer Sciences or Business studies
• Knowledge of DFS Business, Marketplace/ Mini App solution, New Growth Areas
• Numbers & Data analysis should excite you. Using data to build models that can elevate the product
• Strong product Development Skills with firsthand experience on widget integrations.
• Digital and growth mindset, which is the key requirement for this role
• Creative analytical person who goes beyond the obvious to find unconventional ways of
• enabling business
• Advanced Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint skills.
• Being a Team player is the key. Engage with stakeholders to ensure product growth
• Strong understanding of complete product lifecycle.
