What is Expert Performance Assurance & TOC?
We are looking for a Expert Performance Assurance & TOC to monitor, analyze, and optimize Performance KPIs, ensuring uninterrupted site operations. Reporting to the Manager Performance Assurance & TOC, this role requires strong skills in Data Analytics, NOC data processing, RMS monitoring, alarm management, reconciliations, and data reporting using Power BI & Tableau.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Passive Power & Alarm Monitoring
- Monitor Remote Monitoring System (RMS) dashboards for real-time tracking of passive power systems (generators, rectifiers, UPS, batteries).
- Identify and escalate power alarms, fuel anomalies, and voltage fluctuations.
- Ensure quick fault detection and resolution to minimize downtime.
2. Reporting & Data Analytics (Power BI & Tableau)
- Utilize Power BI & Tableau to create customized dashboards and visual reports.
- Support trend analysis and performance optimization through data-driven insights.
3. MNO Reconciliations & Invoice Validation
- Assist in energy usage reconciliations with MNOs, ensuring data accuracy.
- Validate electricity and fuel invoices by comparing RMS and vendor data.
- Report discrepancies to the Manager TOC/NOC for resolution.
4. Network Performance & Preventive Maintenance Support
- Assist in preventive & corrective maintenance (PM & CM) planning for power systems.
- Support field teams in analyzing power-related issues and recommending solutions.
- Track DC-Uptime Availability reports and suggest improvements for power optimization.
5. Cross-functional Coordination
- Collaborate with regional teams, site engineers, and vendors for troubleshooting power issues.
- Maintain documentation of power-related incidents and maintenance activities.
- Provide technical support to ensure SLA compliance and service continuity.

Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science
Experience
- 5+ years in relevant areas
