What is Expert Learning & Development?


We are looking to hire an ‘Expert Learning & Development’ in the People & Organization division. You will play a crucial role in creating a “Leading learning Organization” by developing and implementing learning strategies and programs that support the professional growth and development of our employees. You will work closely with various stakeholders to identify learning needs, design engaging learning experiences, and evaluate the effectiveness of our learning initiatives.


The role is the lead PoC for the Learning needs for their tagged segments of the organization that is Jazz cash, Finance and P&O.


The role directly reports to Stream head Talent, learning & Performance.


What does Expert Learning & Development do?


  • Give input to develop a comprehensive learning strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with key business stakeholders to gather insights and requirements for learning programs.
  • Research and identify suitable interventions for Talent Development Plans and 360 outcomes.
  • Ensure the most relevant training is being recommended to the most relevant learner as per a legitimate business need that delivers value to the.
  • Identify innovative approaches and technologies to enhance learning effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Design and develop engaging learning programs, courses, and materials utilizing various modalities (e.g., e-learning, instructor-led training, blended learning).
  • Provide guidance and support to trainers and facilitators to ensure delivery of high-quality learning experiences.
  • Analyze learning data and feedback to continuously improve learning programs and processes.
  • Manage learning management system (LMS) and other learning technologies, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience.
  • Create in-house e-modules via articulate suite for companywide and division specific trainings using advance tools.
  • Stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in learning technology and recommend relevant tools and platforms.
  • Conduct weekly on-boarding session for new employees to get them familiarized with learning framework, tools and processe

Requirements


What are we looking for and what does it require to be an Expert Learning & Development at Jazz?


  • Bachelors or Masters in business or HR or related degree with 3-5 years of experience
  • Experience in corporate learning
  • Research skills
  • L&D content designing (blended Learning, micro-learnings, learning paths)
  • Practical knowledge of Learning Management System and Learner Experience Platform
  • Knowledge of skillsets and competencies with business acumen is a must
  • Good knowledge of organizational development behavioral theories
  • Understanding of training consultants and related organizations
  • Stakeholder management, Negotiation Skills, Project Management
  • Communication (Written & Verbal) and Presentation skills (creating and presenting)
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Problem solving, design thinking
